MG Jamboree begins Friday afternoon with registration and refreshments at the hospitality suite – then the fun really starts! Spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing by the pool, enjoying the view of the river overlooking Monkey Island, explore the historic area, or simply do nothing. Remember your registration and meal fees includes breakfast Saturday & Sunday, lunch on Saturday and both Friday & Saturday’s evening meals, so there’s no need to worry about food. Leave your cares at home and bask in a weekend of fun.

We’ll kick things off with a good old fashion Chicken & Ribs Cook Out in the Manatee Ballroom. After licking our fingers clean, grab your partner and square up for Dave Tietz’s famous The Best of the Best LBCs in the Movies!

Saturday morning, after the continental breakfast in the hospitality room, there will be an informal, no peer judging, car display on the grassy area. Hamburgers & Hot Dogs with all the fixins’ will satisfy your hunger at lunch time. After lunch, climb aboard the Miss Riverside Pontoon Boat ($10 per person) and enjoy a leisurely cruise down the gorgeous river to view the natural wildlife. There will also be a demonstration provided by the Homosassa Wildlife Park later in the afternoon.

Saturday’s dinner theme is “A Night at the County Fair” and, yes, there will be fun County Fair Games. After dinner and awards, we’ll select winners for the numerous Raffle items.

Sunday morning continental breakfast will be provided in the hospitality room and we say goodbye until next time in 2016.
