It should be no secret for those around our Virginia headquarters, we’re quite pleased with our new showroom. To “inaugurate” the place, we held an open house on March 16th. Of course, mother nature decided nothing says springtime like rain, hail, and snow. Consequently, there was a little of each over the course of the weekend.
In spite of conditions, we were visited by a group local club members and bench racers. While any hope of a car show washed away with the rain, none the less, the coffee was warm, the donuts were…donuty, and our facility manager, Mark Wilson, got to demonstrate his public speaking skills with a tour of the showroom, our upholstery manufacturing operations, and the warehouse.
For myself, while being able to slip around mostly incognito, while on the east coast, I was also afforded the opportunity to tour a couple aviation museums. I was as a kid, and always will be subject to planes on the brain. Speaking of having things in your head. I would like to express my considerable appreciation for the skills of one Patrick Foster. Not only is he a budding British car enthusiast, but he also was able to bang out a drawing of a 1936 Austin Ten, from memory. How many of you would be able to do that?

Are you open for tours ? Saw you on utube and may be in the area – are you open to the public during the week? Do you have a store or is it all mail order?
thank you

We’re open for counter visits Monday-Friday 9:00-4:00. No need to call in advance, but if you need to know whether a specific part is in stock, it’s a good idea to call. There are a number of cars on display in the showroom, and if you ask for a tour, odds are you’ll get our ace tour guide, Cyndi Mayton. Whatever she doesn’t know, she’ll be happy to make up as you go.
